Welded Steel Mill Chain
Welded steel mill chain comes in two types: the WR series, which only features heat-treated pins and bushes, and the WH series, where all components are heat-treated, resulting in higher tensile strength.
Welded steel chains are designed for heavy-duty applications that demand strength, durability, and long service life.

Welded Steel Mill Chain Type
WR Series are offset-welded steel mill chains characterized by through-hardened pins and case-hardened bushes/barrels. The pins are hardened through the core for improved shear and fatigue resistance, while the bushings/bushes are case-hardened(hardsurface, tougher core)to provide a wear-resistant running surface.
WH Series are offset-welded steel mill chains where all components(plates, pins, barrels/bushes)are fully heat treated. This comprehensive heat treatment(through-hardening of plates, barrels, and pins as specified)delivers higher overall tensile strength and improved fatigue and wear performance for many heavy applications.
