About Welded Steel Mill Chain
Welded steel mill chain is a heavy-duty engineering chain built for the toughest bulk-material and mill applications. Its offset sidebar design is assembled by riveting — not cottering — which gives the chain higher joint strength, better fatigue resistance, and longer service life under shock loading, abrasion, and continuous operation.
At CTS, welded steel mill chains are manufactured in two standard series to match different duty requirements:
WR Series — pins and bushes are heat-treated.
WH Series — pins, bushes, and sidebars are all fully heat-treated.
Both series are available in standard sizes including WR82, WH82, WR106, WH106, WR110, WH110, and larger custom pitches, with options for carbon steel, stainless steel, and special alloys. Our chains are dimensionally interchangeable with major international brands, so you can replace existing chains without redesigning your equipment.

WH – Welded steel mill chain – offset style with all components fully heat-treated. (heavier duty, stronger).
Do you provide chain attachments?
