About N Type QD Bushing
Big shafts need big bushings. The N-type QD bushing is for drives on 2-1/2-inch and larger shafting - crushers, heavy conveyor headshafts, mixers, large fans, and agricultural equipment. It is a heavy four-bolt flange design: 7/8-9 cap screws, 3,600 in-lb wrench torque, about 57 lb of cast iron when finished.
Stock bores start at 2-7/16 inches (62 mm), and the hub profile accepts larger bores and keyways to your drawing. The flange uses four cap screws on the standard QD bolt circle, so it pulls into any N hub built to the QD system - Dodge, Martin, Browning or TB Wood's.
