About Standard Series Forged Link Chain
CTS® Drop Forged Link Chain
The 22040 is built around a 35 mm pin, the largest in the standard series, in a 220 mm pitch link with a 72 mm inner width. At 20.30 kg/m and 1035 kN in CD grade, it is the chain for primary crusher feed, clinker and slag drags, and ore handling, where a 200 mm chain has run out of pin section. It is the size to order when the pitch is already fixed at 220 mm by the sprockets and the trough on site.
