About 1215 Taper Lock Bushing
CTS® 1215 Taper Lock Bush
The 1215 bridges CTS's light and mid-range taper lock bushings: a 1-7/8" A dimension with a 1-1/2" B length and a 3,550 in-lbs torque rating, in a 0.5-0.9 lbs cast iron body. It steps up from the single-screw 1008/1108 to a 3/8"-16 UNC installation screw pair (175 in-lbs wrench torque), giving stronger, more secure shaft grip for drives up to a few horsepower. Its 1-3/4" bolt circle keeps it compatible with a wide range of standard taper lock pulleys and sprockets. Fully interchangeable with Fenner 1215, Martin 1215, and Browning 1215 taper lock bushings.
