Split Taper Bushings are made of tough malleable iron with two indestructible keys on both hub and shaft.High torque and true concentrically grips.

Widely used in all types of transmission components and shafts with different diameters available in decimal or metric sizes.

The split tapered bushing alleviates the need to have a component bored to size, ideally lowering on hand requirements and allowing for changes in shaft size if necessary. The barrel of the split tapered bushing is split in two places and is keyed to the shaft.
