About ANSI Triplex Roller Chain


A three-strand roller chain is often referred to as a triplex roller chain, which is a combination of three single-strand roller chain. Multi-strand roller chains are designed to be several times stronger than ANSI or metric equivalent chains. Three-strand roller chains are commonly used in mining, transmission, agriculture, and heavy equipment processing. CTS® roller chains are made from high quality materials and are precision heat treated and shop strengthened. Our inventory ranges from ANSI sizes #25-3 to #240-3. The CTS® triplex roller chains meets ANSI B29.1standards, which means it is interchangeable with other manufacturers' ANSI standard chains and accessories.
