Timing pulley bar gives the end user make the ability to construct their own belt drive pulleys.

All of timing pulley bar is CNC manufactured to the strict tolerances and is available in both steel and aluminum in usable lengths of 160 mm. Timing bars are made of alluminium alloy or steel in length 160 mm. Side rails can be ordered with the timing bars. To avoid "falling" of the belt during running, at least one flange must be used on either side of the timing bar.

Timing pulley bar works in the way of the Timing Belt teeth engaging the profile on the pulley, generating a slip-free operation. This action transmit rotation similar to a gear wheel system.Timing pulley bar can be made of aluminium, steel or stainless steel and they can be supplied as complete pulley assemblies, finished pulleys or bar stock.
