Stainless steel roller chains are primarily used in high abrasion applications because of their significant corrosion resistance in harsh environments where moisture and chemicals are prevalent. 

CTS® stainless steel roller chains are well suited for use in food processing plants because of their ability to withstand frequent washdowns with aggressive cleaning agents. In addition, because stainless steel is nonmagnetic, our Stainless steel roller chains are also ideal for use in the medical industry where MRIs are common.
